For designs approaching sampling, or changes in process, quantity or material that require a review of machining, assembly and inspection implications.
How we work
Using the 2D and 3D data, we review datums, tolerances, tool access, thin walls, finishes and assembly requirements. Each issue is linked to its manufacturing impact, a proposed change and a verification recommendation.
What you receive
Annotated drawings, change recommendations, customer decisions and a verification checklist. The customer approves design changes; review recommendations do not replace sample testing.
