Review seal-groove geometry for machining and function

Design issue
Tool entry is constrained by the original groove geometry. The reviewed machining approach requires an additional opening.
Manufacturing impact
An additional opening may affect sealing. Tool paths and machine requirements also add manufacturing complexity.
Proposed change
Propose a rectangular groove section for review, with seal retention, compression and assembly performance to be confirmed and verified.

Deliverables: annotated drawings, a DFM issue list, proposed changes and decisions to confirm.
