Engineering and supplier coordination
Danny contributed to datum and fixture discussions and toolpath optimization. On site, he prepared and trialled masking material, recording the mixture, application and waiting times. Formulations and process parameters remain confidential.
Project outcome
According to Danny’s project account, the trialled finish met drawing and design requirements. The work demonstrates coordination across die casting, machining and surface finishing.
